The Royal Raiders 4-H Club has invited all families of St. John’s and St. Peters to join them for sledding at Winter Park in Kewaunee on Sunday Feb 16th from 5:30-8:30pm.
The 4-H Club will be supplying all of the food, they are asking everyone that comes to please bring non-perishable food items for the Ronald McDonald House (they have a club family who has benefited from the use of the Ronald McDonald House in Milwaukee). Join the youth from St. Peter’s and St. John’s for a Chopped Jr competition which will pair up the youth in teams to cook a meal for some “Celebrity Judges”! The competition will work just like the show on The Food Network, each team will be given a mystery basket of ingredients to create a meal. It will be a fun night of team building!!! Faith Lutheran Church is Allouez is organizing a Biblical Archaeology Museum Tour to the Oriental Institute on February 6 and 7. You will see ancient artifacts directly related to: Genesis, 1-2 Kings, 1-2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Isaiah, and Daniel, and the tour will be led by a professor at Concordia University Chicago. $200 (single occupancy) or $310 (double occupancy) gets you: breakfast and lunch for both days, coach bus transportation, overnight stay in Hampton Inn (Chicago Downtown), and additional tours of the Basilica of St. Joshaphat and the St. Joan of Arc chapel.
